Questions people ask about us

SpringfieldCannabis.Clinic is an independent scheduling and information service for Clark County.

Are you a doctor's office or a dispensary?

Neither. We run a scheduling calendar for evaluations and explain Ohio's program in plain language. We don't practice medicine, sell marijuana, or file anything with the state, and we're not affiliated with the State of Ohio or any dispensary.

Who are the physicians?

Ohio-licensed MDs and DOs with an active Certificate to Recommend from the State Medical Board. Each decides independently whether you have a qualifying condition.

How is my information handled?

Telehealth visits use HIPAA-compliant platforms. We don't keep medical records or store payment details.

What happens after my visit?

If you qualify, your physician files a recommendation and you finish registering online for free. The Division of Cannabis Control sets the official rules.

How does the site make money?

Participating physicians and telehealth partners pay for advertising and patient-connection services, as explained in our Advertising Disclosure. None of it affects clinical decisions. If you have another question, send it through the form on our Terms & Policies page.

Free registration starts with one evaluation.
